I co-designed the narrative for
Veil of the Dreambound alongside Elise Warren. Together, we crafted the story arc of the game. Our responsibilities included writing all
dialogues, creating
in-world content and connecting the bedroom’s elements with the recurring nightmare sequences to ensure narrative coherence. Drawing on my doctoral background in
trauma studies, I designed nightmares that reflect the
psychological mechanisms of PTSD and traumatic memory. It was a challenging process, but above all, an incredibly fun experience.
